PPGFARMA
The Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences (PPGFARMA) aims to expand the offering of graduate education to the society of Bahia, the Northeast and the country, with an emphasis on the valorization of natural resources, territories of identity, as well as their relationship with human and animal health, expanding studies on Pharmaceutical Sciences and related areas, in an integrated and interdisciplinary manner. Based on this, this Program will embrace the valorization of natural resources, their relationship with health care, analysis of variables that interfere in the health/disease process, as well as technological advancement and innovations. The Program will be guided by two main lines: Line 1) Prospecting of Drugs and Natural Resources; and Line 2) Evaluation of Drugs, Biomarkers, Natural and Synthetic Products.
The Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Academic Master’s Degree, was created to play a relevant technical, scientific and social role. To this end, it will provide professional development for teachers and graduates from UNEB, other Universities and Colleges in the State of Bahia, the Northeast region and other regions of the country, perhaps from other countries, as well as the insertion of these professionals in research and the job market.
